Plant Hanger Workshop Fancy learning the ropes?! Join us for a 1 hr knotting workshop for an introduction to the wonderful world of macrame. You will enjoy learning the a variety of knotting techniques to create your very own macrame plant hanger followed by Afternoon Tea at The Halyard on the corner of Duke Street and Parr Street Macrame provides a real tranquility, it's pretty addictive but in a good way. Different types of materials will be available to choose from, including traditional rope, braided cotton rope and jersey T-shirt yarn in a range of colours. Make in traditional cream style, boho vibes, or a contemporary range including monochrome macrame or full colour pop! Learn new techniques for yourself or perhaps use your new skills to make a handmade gift for another. The workshop includes all materials and instructions to make a plant hanger. Saturday 29th March Plant hanger workshop and Afternoon Tea 11 am and 12.15pm Other classes are available on Sunday 30th (Mother's Day) to make a knotted jewellery set. Also followed by afternoon tea.

Double plant hangers can be a single colour or a choice of up to 4 colours. The measure approximately 150cms but can be made shorter or longer upon request. Designed using traditional macrame techniques and style they can be given a modern twist with colour choice. They hold two pots approximately 12-15cms wide. 

Traditional plant hanger with option of alternative colour wrap to top and bottom. These hold a medium size pot approximately 12 - 15 cms wide.
